Hello,
In what form was your refund (ie credit card refund, paypal, etc)?
I am not sure if it is time to cancel my account. It has been almost 2 weeks and nothing happening as far as a resolution to the problem. I hope they can credit everyone and not those who had their accounts hacked.

Well, they are giving a whole month free, along with double XP and city festivals. I think they might be giving refunds to people who recently bought the game.
