I wanted to take a break from my wizard, i've collected a few weapons and armors along the way and wondered what classes can dual wield. Also, I know in WoW they have a skill that allows to wield 2h weapons in one hand, anything like that here?

Zerkers can dual wield. Mine is currently waving these around: Mystical Claws of Jojo Mystical Claws of Jojo (Offhand) - which are a reward from the HQ Justice for Jojo

Looking at who can wield the offhand weapon gives a clue for dual-wielders: All scouts, Berzerker, Bruiser, Guardian, Monk

I've not heard of a 'Super Giant Hands' spell to wield a 2H in one hand

Does the other weapon need to be offhand or can you give two of the same weapon to your toon to dual wield?

It depends. If the weapon is Lore then you can only have one of them. The mystical claws of Jojo linked above are primary only and offhand only. However, many weapons (especially crafted/mastercrafted) can be wielded at the same time.

Personally I prefer to use weapons of two different skills. My Berserker is using slashing and crushing and my Swashbuckler (who's also using the Jojo claws currently) normally does slashing and piercing. That way my skills are kept current with their max level in case I run into a new awesome weapon.

Yep, my assassin keeps a piercer in her main hand and usually a slasher in her offhand.

Until I got the Jojo claws of awesomeness, I used a slashing weapon in main hand and a tower shield in off hand. Now that fighters no longer need to equip a shield for knock-down spells and the old buckler reversal AA line, it's dual-wield all the way for soloing. I still keep a shield in my bags just in case I group up, but even then I'd only use it against the toughest of opponents.
