Question about purchased itemsFollow
I was looking at a few things to spend station cash on, I was curious what appearance only in the description means. I was looking at a weapon that had said it. Also, when you redeem a loot card, is it only for the character you are playing when you redeem it? Thanks.
Appearance only means the item will not affect your stats in any way - it may look good but an appearance only weapon will do no damage at all and with any other appearance only item, there is no bump to to your str, wis, int or anything else. In addition, the item can only be equipped in an appearance slot (also located in your character pop-up) and can not be equipped in a regular equipment slot.
You will get your appearance slots (which have their own tab in inventory) when you turn 20 :)

Yup, pretty sure my level 2 has the appearance tab now. :)
