Before commenting, yes I have searched the forums as well as google/ask before posting. I was wondering if anyone knows of, or has compiled, a list of weapons that have added glow effects. For example: The Legendary Staff of the Observers has glowing blue stars. I've also asked around in 1-9, and like other topics posted in the forum, talking to 1-9 is like talking to 4chan. If anyone can help in this endeavor it'd be greatly appreciated.

Aside from the Staff of the Observers (which looks cool doesn't it? I like mine anyway), there are the level 50 'prismatic weapons' which all glow, and are attainable from low level raids (they are epic weapons from that era when the cap was 50).

In higher levels, quite a few weapons from the Shadow Odyssey zones have glowing graphics on them, though I think they are all black weapons with a red glow (at least the ones I've looted).

If you have time, and friends, you can work on getting some of void shard or mark of manaar items. Plenty of the primary and secondary items from those sets have a glow effect.

As for your original question, I am not aware of a list that specifically has 'glow' only items.
