Alright, i'm not trying to **** on Sony here but this is by far the worst 24 hours i've ever had with a video game.

I buy everquest complete collection, I expect 60 free days, 500 station cash.

I come home, install, it says i have 14 days remaining. I'm told I have to purchase another subscription to activate the 60 days.

I buy the "everquest 2" Starter pack (20 bucks down the hole) and guess what NO 60 DAYS!

Chat support had me waiting for 2 hours, and finally when I was number 1 in queue it timed out. There email is reporting a CGI error to me.

Does anyone know what I have to do to get what I paid for?

Absolutely. You only need a valid Credit Card to set up the account & billing (and get the free 60 days). As soon as your information verified you can even cancel your subscription (don't worry, this won't delete your account or characters), if you wish to use another CC or even prepaid game cards.

Also it should be noted that this applies ONLY ON NEW ACCOUNTS, existing account's do get kind of screwed on that deal when we buy expansions.
