hello again late nighters! i have finally reached level 80 and am not gaining XP. do i need to upgrade somehow like at level 50? hope not bcuz i will prolly have to quit playing. broke as a joke
Don't know for sure about this specific case but sometimes leveling past the old cap is tied to the new expansion. Do you have the current expansion or are you playing on an older version of the game?
must be an older version. whats the latest expansion?
You need Sentinals Fate in order to go past level 80.
Also, something to pay attention to - when you get SF, make sure you AA slider isn't set at 100% (where it probably is now) or you still won't be getting any experience, just AA.

The good news: If you buy Sentinels Fate you will always get every expansion up to it if you are missing any, like The Shadow Odyssey for example (Moors of Yekesha area and dungeons).

After level 10 when you start earning AA, hit L to bring up your character development and different AA tabs. On the very top there is a slider that goes from 0 to 100%.
At 0 you only earn AA upon quest completions, discovery, and name mob kills. Turning it up any higher converts a small amount of XP for every kill (as well as some of the quest xp) into AA xp. If you set it to 100 you effectively "Level Lock" and will only earn AA until you set it lower than 100.

does sentinels fate include halas?
New Halas is in Frostfang Sea, which is available to anyone. :) Sentinel's Fate includes the continent of Odus, which are zones like Sundered Frontier, Stonebrunt Highlands and The Hole.
