Grey questsFollow

I read somewhere that you can turn on the feathers for grey quests (which otherwise hides the feathers) but I couldn't find it in the interface. Can anyone point me to it? Normally, I level down to make sure I'm always doing green or better, but sometimes I find new guys that have grey quests regardless.

Also, can anyone recommend a good guild on AB? I'm in mid 20s with 42 AA, mid 20s jewelry, doin' a crap ton of quests and hopefully heroics soon.
