Items, mobs etc.Follow

Just wanted to know what's going on with the item database?

Some items show up as Level 0, as do some mobs, even if they are Epic 50's or something.

Also things like this? http://eq2.zam.com/db/item.html?eq2item=00374fc15391816b53aa1d4b6dc02e00

We have a fresh data dump and the parser needs some work with all the changes since the last one :)

The Mythical/Legendary etc tags on items being wrong is a known issue, I've a ticket in for it.

Mobs in zones that scale to player levels will show as level 0, 1, 2; that's the number of levels they scale above the base. So if the zone is scaled to level 50, a mob displaying here as level 1 will be level 51. If you see a mob that's not scalable with an odd level, I'd love a link.

Items with level 0, hadn't run across that yet - can you give me a link?

The more info you give me the more I can give our devs :)

Thanks for clearing that up :)

The Zam database is one of the best out there and I'm always using the filters to find something cool - a rare named creature to kill for a rare weapon, that sort of thing.

If I do come across something a bit weird again I'll be sure to let you know.

Thanks! The Quality display - Mythical/Legendary/etc - should be all sorted out now. We're having some issues with blue effects, obviously, but they should be at least listed at the bottom of items. Adornment slots are missing, known issue. Basically, since items get tweaked every time we get data we have to tweak the parser, and we don't often see what needs to be tweaked until some nice user points it out :)

I'd love links to any items displaying with extreme wonkiness, even better if you could copy the item code to game and get me a screenshots of the correct examine! You can upload the pics to the screenshot or wiki media tab and just link me here.
