PVP Writ GiverFollow
I've been looking all over the place (Google, Allahkahzam, etc.) and I can't seem to find a pvp writ giver for Freeport. Any info would be great. Thanks.

They are in North Freeport surrounding the Tier 2 Guild hall. You will need to be 80+ to get PVP writs since the Battlegrounds are 80+ (Anything over 80 will be automentored).
I also just found a few in Neriak! Collecting the shinies in my favorite city so I can have my cultural mailbox. They are located right next to the mount vendor and research assistant. This makes me happy. [/geek]

If the writ giver is in Freeport, how do I get the quests if I'm good? No problem getting the other 2 in Qeynos Harbor, but would like to get the other one...

Update: I found them, it was around the corner from the other quest givers. Apparently those little feathers on the map come in handy...lol.
