Achievments: We chose to document achievements after launch, suspecting that they'd get a fair bit of tweaking. In the meantime we recommend Xalmat's EQII Achievements Guide, which was up to date through this last weekend.
Crafting: We love crafting, but you just cannot beat Niami's SF Information Clearinghouse page.
Hot Topics EQ2 Wire has done a great job of covering hot topics from Beta once the NDA lifted, well worth browsing through!

A cloud mount?? I'm there.

When we find moved NPCs/mobs we make a note on the mob's wiki page. In the case of that mob, I think I put it on the deity quest page too. It's more likely to get seen there, and people don't have to do an additional search.
