broker data questionFollow

I could not find this info after looking through these forums so if I missed it please point em in the proper direction.

I was trying to figure out what the "mode" value is listed under the broker values for both current and past items for sale. It did not seem to correspond with the standard broker fee of 20% and I could not find an explanation for it. It someone can enlighten me I would greatly appreciate it.

Mode is a kind of average. You'll hear it along with Median and Mean.
