WTF is up with the screenshots of the new expansion? Whose idea was it to make the new race be a freakin' PANDA BEAR?!?

There's actual Norrathian precident here. Pandas were in Stonebrunt Mountains in EQ1, although they were never major players. We had a preview of the wireframe animations of them at Fan Faire :)

Yep, it's nothing new. And they're cute!
Think of it as a kinder, gentler EQ2... you can play a fairy or a panda bear...
and then smother your enemies with hugs and kisses... it's all so PC...

In with my Fairy and Kerra before I make a Panda and become a full fledged furry...causing this to be moved to the asylum.

OK, that makes me feel better, at least... As long as I can slaughter them, I don't mind the cutesy fuzzy panda bears so much.....

I'm not sure, but I don't know if you can slaughter them, either. They're a faction that you'll be working for.

/sigh, if I'm gonna be working for them, I guess I'll have to get used to it... Ya know, act nicey nice while getting the quest, while all the while picturing what my necro would do to them...
