hello everyone!
i am on a quest which requires that i learn the kobold language. any idea where the vendor is with that book? thanks!

There is no book. You have to kill kobolds and they will drop a disk. Examine each disk (I think you need 15) and once you have them all, you'll know the language. For the record, I hate that quest. The disks don't always drop with each kobold. Takes forever to do it, ugh.

I remember that one - yes, it took ages cutting down greyed-out Butcherblock kobolds in their hundreds. Have fun! You should at least get all the bits you need for the lore & legend :)
