O.k so as I said in the subject I am coming back to EQ2. I play an 80 defiler (no epic) I was wondering how much has changed
1. In the past year in the game and with the Defiler class.
2. Are SKs still running around extremely OP?
3. Is Onyx owning face?
4. Any active guilds on Nag need a 80 defiler? :o)

EQII is dead or never existed to most of the posters here.
Or rather, it's like the much younger step-sibling that moves in and thinks he or she becomes cool wearing your clothes, but doesn't wear them properly and certainly won't be given credit for any improvements made.

If you check out this recent thread you'll get an answer to several questions you may have. I'll also link the EQ2 Wiki here, as that lists the game updates.
All the classes are pretty well balanced now. As far as I know, defilers are quite sought after in certain groups (who are after particular roles), but pretty much anybody can get a group if they want to.
Certainly join a guild, as the new guild halls are probably one of the more noticeable changes that have happened during your absence.
