I'm new to game and I can't stand Kelethin so I'm wondering how can I move my house from Kelethin to Qeynos cause when I tried to buy a room in The Willow Wood it said requires Qeynos citizenship and I can't find anything else online about it other than betraying Freeport.

go to South Qeynos, and talk to a guy standing next to the mages tower (he's like right next to the tower). he can switch your citizenship from Kelethin to Qeynos with a few simple tasks.
And don't forget to sell your house in Kelethin before you start. You can't buy a new home till you release your old home.

Nope, they changed that a long time ago. If you buy a new house, you'll get a dialog box pop up to ask if you're sure you want to do it. Then if you click yes, your old house goes away and you are the proud owner of your new house. A moving crate with everything from your old house will be right inside the door of your new house. You don't have to do anything.
