item search borked?Follow

#1 Jun 12 2009 at 3:10 AM Rating: Decent
Broken item searches?

Premium services are enabled.

I click the search item links for chest. I click the filter link to drill-down a bit more.

For a brief instant i see the option choices (i am talking like .5 seconds), then the block goes all blue on me, and i can no longer see the drill down options.

thoughts / ideas?

That's strange. I can't reproduce it. Can you give me a) step-by-step idiot level instructions to make it happen and b) you browser name and version? A pic of the bug would be nice, too.

From http://eq2.zam.com/

Mouse over the browse button > item > slot > click chest (for instance)

From there, I click the filter link and I get what was previously described.

I will PM you the link for the .doc file with the 3 screen shots in it.

Got it. Please tell me exactly what browser (and version) you are using.

Okay, I happen to have a copy of that too. I can't reproduce your error at all. Have you tried clearing your cache? (Shift-refresh button)

It seems to be working now.

Very strange. I'll ask our devs to look into it, but I have suspicion it's something strange on your end.
