On the test server I have checked all the trainers and the broker and I can not find an Sneak Apprentase II on the server to be brought. I am told I need at least this level in order to finish the Pedator path quest. Can someone help me out please. Thanks.

I don't know of NPC vendors, but I believe most decent crafters can make it. I've seen a few on my recipies book, though I've not looked for that spacifically

There is no need for any upgrades to sneak. In update 13 they changed all the invis type abilities to automatically level with you, and removed the ability to improve them.

You will pretty much need a Sneak upgrade to complete the quest, however it might be possible with App 1.

Have you tried to craft one yourself? It is a low level spell and you should be able to get it done.

If you are in a guild, you might ask one of your guildmates to make one for you. And while they are at it, they may as well make all the other upgrades for you.

sorry Tut, as I said, they took the upgradability off of sneak. On the spell list it has its name with nothing after it, just like pathfinding and tracking.

Here is a post talking about the removal.

I agree it doesnt make sense to take the improvments to sneak away, why couldnt a scout learn to sneak better.

What is worst is my improved bard version isnt any better, it has the same cast time, and hiding effect. I can just use to weak scout version and be as effective. I didnt actually notice this untill I was double checking before I posted here.

I'm sort of happy about the sneak changes. Doesn't make much sense that I can walk right past anything except a red or a see stealth and they have absolutely no chance of seeing me, but it certainly helps out. The huge number of see stealth enemies in the main bottlenecks of some areas is annoying, though.

I noticed that the removal of the movement speed decrease from stealth that the bard sort of gets gipped. Rogue and predator both get improved stealths that have extra functions. Maybe they should give bards a stealth that simply decreases movement speed upgrades by 50% instead of turning them off entirely. Super speedy even while stealthed. Just a thought, even if it is one without any hope...
