How do i learn other languages so i can speak with NPC of different races?

Current stats : Human Scout Good Level 8

It seems you will need to get 'primers' for the languages (basically the children's ABC books of Norrath), and learn the basics from that.

No more spamming at the edge of a zone!

For the most part, those books to learn languages helps you learn the basics of the core races of Norrath (barbarian, dwarf, gnome, halfling, etc....). However, there seems to be some quests for NPC races like Gnolls that you can learn more about them and understand them in battle.

Hopefully this ends up working out very well where an Illusionist could learn the Gnoll language, cast Gnoll illusion, and go into Blackburow and be able to chat with some of the gnolls to start quests for them :P

Heh the caracters remind me of some horrid game code that i get the urge to start punching into a controler. Though its kinda funny i admit..

When beta started people in Graystone (near the barbarian at the docks) were also asking why is she bugged and keeps talking in machine code.
