The EQ2 website itself says the game begins at 8AM Pacific time Tuesday Nov 9th.

Will they let you register accounts before that and patch? Who knows? Have fun spending Monday evening spamming that button. =))

Nope. I've installed the game, but it will not connect to the EQ2 servers yet, so you can st up an account/update etc. etc.. Looks as though it indeed will be tomorrow.

Can you patch the game yet, or does the patcher not start till after you're logged in?

Can't patch the game without creating an account. Just as well. I'd actually prefer they start up the servers tomorrow, this way everyone can start at te same time, and noone has a nervous breakdown thinking that they're missing out on the end all be all event of their lifetime.

Bah, ok. No real reason for me to bug my local EB then... Might as well install and patch all tomorrow. hehe
