For anyone that cares about euro-time zone servers, Moorguard has posted what is being interpreted as a statement that there will be no specific euro-english server.

A Change in the UK Server Decision
While the official forums are down, Moorgard posted the following on Eqii.com forums:
"Actually, I'm pleased to say that we will have a designated "UK preferred" sever at launch."
