If you started out with a Melee as your main class how would you make the money to keep good weapons and not suck? Thats why I pick a cleric or something till I have money. Also why did they take out Beastlords? They were one of my fav. class. And what Race do you think looks the coolest?

Well as far as making money you could do quests, or maybe trade skills. as far as taking the beastmaster out??? hmm never knew they had planned one for EQ2, ahh well...
ohh as far as cool classes, guess everyones gonna have differant opinions here. I know my first char will be a Ratongue (spelling) maybe a Wizard or Conjuror.

Well, if I remember right, Beastlord wasn't even in the original EQ when it was first released. Does that mean it is dead? No, not really. They will probably have that come out in some expansion down the way.

I dont think Beastlords fell into the class trees well enough.
I think thats why they removed them (could be implemented later on though)

For you people out there that don't know much about EQ Lore...The Vah Shir race (as far as the story line goes) are decendants of the Kerran. Kerrans have been around since original EQ residing on their little island of Kerra just off Erude, the Erudite Island. Some how the Kerrans managed to get to the moon and so and gradually got to what were known as the Vah Shir. I have to admit, I was quite dissapointed that they did not continue either the Vah Shir, or the Beastlord class, but those are just trifles to me considering what I've already seen of this game. I'm waiting in frenzied anticipation for its release to the public on Teusday.
