Slot Costs - please get rid of thisFollow

The current slot cost system for accessories is broken and stupid - a lot of higher rank rings/chokers/etc. aren't even worth using because the slot costs often make the stat gains from equipping more lower rank gear better. Please get rid of these slot costs and just let ppl equip the same number of accessories regardless of the rank of the items. The optimal rank on the gear already takes care of scaling stats by character rank anyway.

They already said that slot cost will be gone soon (I think patch 1.20), but in return they will reduce the amount of accessories slots available (maybe 1 earring instead of 1 left 1 right, 2 rings instead of current 4).
