Fix the CameraFollow

Prior to 1.15a, it seemed you could look up and down much further in third person mode. This was mostly useful to drop the camera to the ground, at which point it would zoom into you, and when you raised the camera, it would hold that distance without resetting your default camera distance in configuration.

This was really useful in crafting, as it allowed me to get in nice and close to watch that colored light, which I have a hard time seeing from a distance.

When you were done, you could press R3 and it would reset the camera to the preset distance in configuration.

Now, it seems like the 'up and down' angles of the camera have been 'drastically' reduced, which only lets you zoom in so far using that technique. Alternatively, you can use the mouse wheel to zoom in (I try to stay away from the keyboard and mouse, only to chat), but at that point 'End' on the keyboard or R3 on a controller won't reset the camera distance back to the configuration preset.

I'd 'really' like the camera functionality returned. If there is a new 'up/down' camera angle min/max setting I don't know about that I need to change, please let me know.

I think the patch did a lot for the camera, but it definately could still use some more work. I want to experience FFXIV as Zoomed Out as possible, and the patch let me stay zoomed out. Previously one would zoom in once the camera started to trail your avatar, and this still happens from time to time. I would like to have a little more freedom with the horizontal tilt at further distances, or even a more extremem 'zoom' from the config menu.
