Bug: Chat and inventory issues...Follow

Two bugs:

1. If you chat while you have an inventory or retainer window open, the scroll bar always returns to the top of the list.

2. If you're typing in chat when a window action happens (such as a trade is accepted by the other player) it immediately deletes whatever you were typing in chat and removes the cursor from the text field.

It'd be great if we could get these fixed. :)

The first is more of an issue, and definitely needs looking into. The second is more of a minor annoyance, Space Bar -> Up Arrow Key brings you back to where you were typing + or - a few letters. If it can be fixed easily great, otherwise I say prioritize other stuff.

We've seen a few updates and both of these are still in the game.
