Chat Filters For NPCs + font coloring.Follow

I dunno if anyones noticed this but if you use the extra chat windows and have 3 windows on the screen, whenever you talk with an npc or something similar it spams accross all 3 windows.

what i'd like is a way to filter npc babble so i can turn it off on the extra chat windows cos it really doesnt need to be in all 4.

also if at all possible swap the existing font color options for a customizable rgb system similar to ffxi. i say this cos i have a degree of color blindness and alot of the colors on the current option pallet look to dam similar to be of much use.
