This is happening to me all the time and other people in my Linkshell.
You pickup 3 Leviquests for an area and you pickup 3 leviquests for another area and when you check your log you only have 3 leviquests and are unable to reget them from the NPC.
This is very anoying.
Please fix this ASAP.
PS I have reported it via loadstone and nothing has been done at all.

I've never heard of this bug, I know of the bug where it will auto flag completed but login/logout fixes it.

Ah really. i've had that twice and gm'd it both times. so i thank you for that little tip :D
This actually just happened to me. Grabbed 2 leves for Bloodshore, 3 for Cassi Hallow, and 3 for Cedarwood. Checked my journal to look at rewards again, and it showed 2 of the ones I had just picked had that green checkmark by them, meaning they are completed. Though, I never even left town to do them yet. thought it was just odd and went to go do them and sure enough, was not able to do them. Also noticed that the names of those leves changed from the first time I checked them. The rewards stayed the same but not the names. So I lost out on SP, EXP, cash, and the gear rewards that both leves gave.
Oops, probably should have read every reply before getting ahead of myself and posting. I will try to log off/on and see if I get my leves back.
