I posted this in the main forum some time back, but realized it would serve a better purpose here.
I am really happy with the recipes button. It has made leveling up more convenient, but where its really shining for me is when I am turning ores -> nuggets -> ingots using hasty hand. Nice to speed up the "I'm not going to get much in the way of SP off this anyway" synths.
My 1 complaint however is having to still double confirm your choice.
1. Click the recipe button and bring up your list. Check!
2. Choose the recipe (in this case tin ingot). Check!
3. Select main hand (this seems unneeded as the recipe should already know which hand it takes, but its not a deal breaker for me). Check!
Here is where we run into trouble. It brings up the potential recipe list for the ingredients chosen. I have already confirmed in a previous screen what I wish to make. For the tin ingots this isn't a huge deal as its the only choice so its just a matter of spamming enter until I am in the minigame. When doing others though its a pain to have to pick the recipe out of a list (again)
Realistically you should choose your item off the recipe list, go to the finished product window (where it tells you what you are making so you have the opportunity to cancel if you made a mistake) and enter the minigame.
The improvements so far are huge and greatly appreciated. This is one fine tuning I think you would find readily and happily embraced by the crafting community
