Meh, I've had a house since they expanded the wards. People that want one aren't missing much. I use mine to garden and raise my chocobo, and that's about it. I had to walk inside once to keep it from being demolished...
We need capital gain tax for FFXIV real estate speculation with no deductible claimable on the Eozera 1040 if you lose money. :3
Anyway, I know one Japanese player tried to camp the demolishment. I am happy with my FC house. I am going to leave this thing alone.

Never cared about housing, so no.
I snagged up a second house on Balmung and Sarga, but eh probably giving it to old FC members if some return.
