It's reported that there's at least 4000 people playing simultaneously and it's probably the most crowded English server out there.
Just a note out there to those who are thinking about switching servers since their's is dead.
Know it's in Japan but if you can get a good ping.
Maybe make an alt and just give it a try.

Balmung , I wonder do all servers have the same time queues of 24 to 2000 everytime you log in ... or booted because your world is full. It's still easy to get back in fast,so far.

It's still easy to get back in fast,so far.The queue is broken. I'm on Balmung, get a queue every single time. I just hit cancel, re-select my character and it lets me go straight in. I don't think it's ever properly worked, more of a placebo effect for busy patch days.
