Anyone else seeing weird bugs with retainers?Follow
I send my retainers out before I go to bed at night.. The next day when I get home from work I like to see what they brought me.. Well several times now it basically is like they never went.. I dont know if it still charges me credit but this had happened at least a 1/2 dozen or more times the last month or so.. The first time I thought maybe I made a mistake and never sent them out or cancelled by accident but now it has happened a few more times.. It has happened too Tesee a few times lately too..
Another bug is I am trying to get my WHM retainers ilevel up.. I switched from Ifrit weapon to Garudas weapon which is 10 levels higher and my ilevel for my retainer drops from 83 dont to 80... WTH...
I went to call my retainer and I cant remember exactly what it said but it basically said I had not paid for my retainer.
What is weird is retainers are set to renew with your Subscription and mine is automatic renewal... Well i had to go and and basically resub for my retainer in order to call it again.. No big deal just a little time but it is just weird...

I was hit by the first bug. It's an Accepted issue on the official forums.
Do you frequently change systems? Like you send them out on PS3 and then go to check them on PC? We've been trying to identify the common thread between when it happens to people, and I suspect in my case I sent them out on my laptop and went to go check them on my desktop.
If not, then that avenue of possibility is dead and all we can do is hope that SE figures it out.
The latter two I'm not sure about.

Actually I do switch and I have seen it happen then.
For sure I have seen it switching from the PS4 to PC and vise versa.. I think it may have happened every time too that I have switched, thought that might be part of the issue.. I dont switch very often though..
I also have seen it without switching too... Tes has seen it and she only plays on the PS4

Ifrit's Cane is a two-handed weapon. Gardua's Wile is a one-handed weapon. If you didn't place a shield in the retainer's off-hand slot, then the average ilvl was considering that slot as 0 where it was previously 60 from the cane.
