yes and aside from Shin Megami Tensei in the title I dont see what Devil Survivor, Devil Summoner, and Persona have in common
They have a common theme of persuading a largely recurring list of "demons" to fight for your cause (which end up forming the bulk of the familiar faces across the "MegaTen" games), and the gameplay itself offers moral choices that affects the outcome of the game. That's the framework that they all share, although the way it's implemented is unique in every series (e.g. the demons in the Persona are called "Persona", for example, emerge from your personality, and are used to fight shadows whereas a similar list of demons are found in Devil Survivor, but are instead persuaded to join you, and are used to prevent someone's forecast death. Both series offer moral choices that affect the outcome of the game, however).
Type-0 has nothing to do with Pulse versus Cocoon in Final Fantasy XIII or any of the characters in it, but it does share some of its concepts such as humans getting marked as l'Cie and given a Focus, as well as demi-gods and gods who have their own struggles and ambitions and are coercing humans as pawns in their scheme. It's the same mythos, but a different world, different personalities, and a different implementation of the concepts.
