Are you using the correct Square Enix ID and password? If so, you can log into the Mog Station even if the account is inactive to take a look at what is going on.
Honestly hate these weekends; the log in congestion can really be bad sometimes.

I logged into the Mog Station already, but I couldn't find anything. I must be blind or something. XD
Could just be login congestion. Do you get an error code when you attempt to log in?
