I had to re format my console so I need to re download my stuff ff14 say NO cuz u already have it...
What? Probably would find some help here if you could explain this a bit better.
You bought the PS3 version already? You should be able to just open open your old version and let the patcher update it. If not, just go into your Memory options and delete the game and re-download. Have not heard of a case where re-formatting is required.
If this is a question of accessing you old account, visit Mog Station and see what versions are attached to your account.

If you re-formatted you should just need to download it from PSN under your previous downloads section, along with everything else you lost =)
I found this, maybe it will help you:
Hey man, I had to log in to my account on the Mog Station, and choose to reactivate it. You don't have to like set up a subscription or anything, its just a small button that says activate account. Hope that helps.
