New to FFXIVFollow

Hey, guys!

New player here for XIV :) I played FFXI from NA Ps2 release - level cap raise to 85. A few months ago I returned to XI but it just didn't have the same feeling since most of my friends quit that game a while ago. SO! That's why now I want to start a new adventure with XIV, one where I can meet new people and form those same bonds. From what I can tell there are still linkshells in XIV so I was wondering if there were any social linkshells any server willing to let a new adventure in? I was thinking of posting this on the server specific forums, but thought that I might have a better chance here. Thanks in advance, guys :)
