Hello, I'm very new to all this.
I play this game on my ps3 and noticed that when another character is speaking to me, I can hardly read the text. I've tried to change things on the settings but nothing seems to work. I hope this all makes sense. Please help

System -> Character Settings -> Log Window Settings -> click on the "General" Tab.
In there, change Chat Promt Font Size from the standard 12 to anything you like. That should do it i think.

I believe he is referring to the Dialog Text Bubble that shows NPC dialog during cutscenes. As far as I know this Bubble is not re-sizable on the PS3 version.
The good news is that the NPC Dialog is also logged in your chat log window. The text for the chat log can be re-sized as noted above.

I thought R3 resized the NPC bubble chat on PS3/4?
Regardless, I personally play at 1800p on my Razer Blade notebook and that text does not scale well (all else does very well by the way at these extreme resolutions), you really need a magnifying glass to see it. I NEVER though of reading it in the chat log so THANK YOU very much!
