It was how I paid for my FFXIV account. Oh well guess I'm out to look for another mmorpg. Maybe I'll go back to playing Skyrim until ArcheAge comes out.

I don't know what sort of problems you've been having Prel- I mean Duo, but I easily found one at my local Gamestop.

Being "negative" or "even reiterating anything" will get you called Preludes since he/she is gone, so people need a new target.

...and the fact that you're barely better than preludes has nothing to do with how butthurt you are all the time.

Point completely missed. Your behaviors have worsened since his absence. Just a subtle reminder that going to extremes reminds others of issues with previous outlining problems.

You were always negative. Now you're being antagonistically so. There was no point in this level of negative interjection, when people were offering solutions to someone's problem for them to try. Pointless negativity is going to get call out here. Something to get used to.

I can confirm that you're not Preludes, LucasNox or a number of other trolls who've gotten themselves (and quite a few socks) banned.

But you're still being amazingly negative, to the point that I wonder whether you're actually playing the game. I couldn't imagine willingly doing something that brought me so much displeasure; I especially couldn't imagine paying for such abuse.

Although, I am running a marathon this fall, and I'm paying good money to do that, so...

I've never understood people who insist that there needs to be a physical store for them to buy anything from. I appreciate having a RL place to get stuff from as much as anyone else, but the best customer service I have ever gotten is from Amazon, time and time again.

People outlined a few ways someone could purchase a card online, which on some sites / states could be tax free. In some cases (Amazon Prime users, for example) could even get free shipping. Then you, Duo, decide to argue just to argue. That never gets a good reception. And anyone else, such as you Theonio, should know that and quit trying to stir the pot just because your butt is perpetually hurt. I don't post on here nearly as much as I used to and I'm still exhausted by the two of you with your negative attitudes on a fansite. It goes beyond simple gripes and annoyances with you two. It's constant, indiscriminate game-hate. Either lighten up, leave, or accept that you will be called out every time.

Well As ive said numerous times before, just because I like something ELSE more, or wish something had more/the same features as another game, does mean I dont like this game AT ALL

Do I like XXX game more than XIV? Yes
Do I wish XIV was more like XXX game? Yes
Do I hate XIV completely? no

Like you yourself said (which makes perfect sense) I wouldnt spend my money or even continue playing something I completely abhor,Im not one of those weak men wholl keep spending their money on a woman who any and everyone tells them he shoulda kicked to the curb years ago (because shes, crap and treats him like crap and he knows it as well as everyone else yet he chooses to do nothing about it), If I dont like something Im not doing anything for it or giving it anything ESPECIALLY not my money.

I must say the cynicism fits you very well. It's completely understandable too.

I guess it's mostly people without a credit card. Online shopping is useless to them and getting time card at their local gamestop is pretty much the only option. Or they could get a prepaid credit card from their local store and then use it to buy the game card onine but that's kind of redundant.

Does SE accept prepaid credit card directly? I know a lot of subscription base service don't. If they do then that could be the best option for the OP and it would be even easier then the game card since prepaid credit card are available everywhere.

Who doesn't have a debit card nowadays? I don't use a credit card for anything and I do just fine.

I've seen the FFXIV cards at the Best Buy in my area, but NOT at either of the Gamestops there /shrug

And as a semi-related aside, I personally prefer using prepaid cards for paying subscription fees

Paypal can pull out of a checking account. Most merchants take Paypal.

But if you have no credit card AND no checking account, then you are either in some serious poverty (as in how can you even pay for an Internet connection) or you are pretty young. I had my first checking account when I was 16 and got my first part time job.
