Today I was feeling generous so I went to the Market Boards and filled my bags with some Minions and started passing them out to whomever wanted them. I nearly burned through everything I bought within an hour...But then something amazing happened. People started giving me pets they no longer needed or were taking up space in their Company Chest to give to other players! Kidragoras, Pudgy Puks, and Smallshells were coming in at an alarming rate...but going out just as quickly. In the whole 2 hours I spent in the various city-states "spamming" a Free Pet Giveaway I gave away approximately 40 minions to different players. I was very impressed that not only did people donate their unneeded Minions so freely they donated without asking for anything in return. So to the players of Ultros who both donated and accepted a donation from your fellow players I thank you.

I could not possibly be as generous with much more than a pudgy puk or a smallshell crab, I hoard anything over 1000 gil. I have about 12 mindflayer minions sitting in a bag... Waiting until people get a XiV field expedition so they shift off XIII and become rare again. How I long for the days when the demon brick was 1 gil in the shops, before they adjusted the drop rate and people stopped having to run AK over and over. How I wish I would have capitalized on that 50,000x return.
