SInce novus patch was changed from 2.25 to 2.28, we were originally gonna get a relic patch 2.25 then another at 2.3.
Since were getting one at 2.28 now has SE confirmed if we would still be getting a new relic quest continuation at 2.3 like originally intended?

No confirmation has been given, but given that 2.3 will be a very large update, I'd expect another continuation. They've indicated they'll be making progression easier, too.

as far as "progession easier" what I read was myth drop rate will be increasing in 2.28 and alexandrite would be added in 2.28 for novus, whereas 2.3 will at MORE ways to get alexandrite (i also read at reddit that 2.3 would add another myth increase but i doubt that was correct... why increase myth twice in 2 patches?)
So i wouldnt call adding more ways to get alexadrite "easier progression" (i just hope getting them isnt locked by daily or weekly content.

I'm pretty sure I read that they're also considering how to make getting myths easier, too. Even if progression isn't made faster from a mathematical standpoint, allowing more options for getting myths at a good rate does make the experience easier and more fun.

I think by "easier" I think they just mean increasing the number gained at once.. after all myth is already easy to get how could you possibly make it any easier?
All of which has no bearing on us still stuck in RNG hell with atma drops
