Do you think SE will ever take their beloved Moogles and make a RPG with a Moogle hero(ine)? Are they just too cute and cuddly and it wouldn't work?
I'm sure my thought isn't original so sorry if this has been posted hundreds of times before.

they did it with a chocobo soo i dont see why not
Yeah chocobos got a whole series called Chocobo Dungeon on the PS1.
Moogles did get their own mini expansion in FFXI, which was quite silly on the whole. (Also had a very tough final battle.)

Yeah, moogles are almost always portrayed as playful and easygoing. I don't really see them fitting the role of the hero(ine) for that reason. I remember the fight in FFXI being easy, but maybe it was just our group comp. Blue mages kinda rocked that fight

FF Tactics was more than happy to put them in combat roles... The most in this game even engage in combat, KMM isn't fighting solo ;)
There have plenty of games with Moogle content but I was thinking more of something where Moogles are the main character of the story. It might be difficult to make a story about fluffy flying and industrious marshmallows. Although, an RPG playing as Good King Moogle Mog might be interesting.

And let's not forget Mog from FFVI. He was one of my favorite characters because I thought he was such a sarcastic, yet funny little dude. I always laugh when he refers to Ramuh as "That old psycho".

In FFVI (FF3) the is a moogle named Mog that you play for a short time.
I've always wanted a whole game dedicated to a central moogle as well. The main character would be an awesome moogle Dragoon that is fed up with cute and cuddly BS and just wants to go kick some monster ***.
