Weekend Goals and Accomplishments 5/2-5/4Follow

I won't be around to post Friday-Sunday, so I'm starting this now so it is up for the weekend.

What are your plans this weekend?

I will try to:
1. Level Bard from 42 to 50 (hopefully) and try out this new Wave Bow everyone seems to love. Smiley: nod

2. Hopefully get a taffeta cloth drop from a retainer (pleasepleaseplease) Smiley: inlove

3. Cap soldiery, I am waaaay behind. Buy the black mage sash, next on the list. Smiley: nod

4. Harvest some Royal Kukuru beans and get started on that glazenut hybrid. Smiley: drool

5. Work on myth tomes so I can buy that fourth book for paladin. Smiley: snore

6. Enjoy my birthday Smiley: jester

I'm offline Friday and Saturday as well, and I'm rapidly running out of leves making hitting 50 on my last two crafting jobs unlikely.

Gonna lowball it for myself and aim for BLM 38 - > 40.

Oh, happy B-Day!

I am just going to keep working on my fishing retainer, and hopefully get my sovereigns in time to equip my fisher for his XIII gathering by the time he hits 50...

Do more beastman dailies, and start working on my Armorer's Master book.

It's Free Comic Book Day this Saturday so I won't have time to play at all this weekend in preparation and the event and then recovering from it.

Subject myself to Titan EX DF parties until I've gotten enough experience with the fight to try it with server group that might stay together longer than one attempt. Keep working on Kobold quests, another week and I get my neat floating bomb thing mount thingy. Maybe see about trying out one of the new fangled Bray myth runs and get my first book. Assuming I can find one that doesn't want two BLMs because AoE is hard...

My roommate wants me to help him level some toons in WoW so I will probably dip back in to that for a bit.

As for XIV:

-Keep working through the main story on my Bard. Level 36 now, hope to get to 40.
-Work on Botany, Mining, and Fishing.
-Improve the FC and increase its rank.
-Gather more GC seals.

Gamewise, i dont plan on playing much till sunday.

My goals include:
- finishing my last 180 Soldiery tomes to cap out (should be relatively easy)
- Get the monster part of my first Atma book out of the way, maybe with the dungeon part too (i need to do Pharaos, people always bail before it starts)
- Make as much progress as i can making more Myth tomes. Only 11950 more to go!
- Be a little more social around my friends, i've not been very chatty or helpful with the whole Atma thing stressing me out.
- Make another (mi'qote) friend. My last weekend was awesome because of this.

I think:

-Get MNK to 35 on Hitome
-Cap soldiery on Hitome/Hito Yu
-Do random Turn 5
-Continue progression in T9
-Get enough myth for second book

Farm me a bow and a BLM staff from Levi EX.
Cap dem tomez.
Do Titan and Ifrit EX.
Get our newest member's Praetorium clear and usher her into endgame.
Maybe some Coil with the FC.

LebargeX, if you contact SE about the mistaken purchase, they will refund you the soldiery, provided you discard the item you bought by mistake. A friend of mine bought the tank ring instead of the dps one. He filled out a request in game, discarded the tank ring, and had the soldiery back in <24hrs :-)

1. 42 to 49. Not bad. That's a lotta xp.
2. Crap drops. Horrible terrible crap drops. The botanist came back with a Raging Vortex couch from the Quick Exploration. That's about it.
3. I'm a Brayflox run from cap, I'll get it tonight. Bought the sash though.
4. Harvested 5 royal kukuru seeds. Good stuff. But alas, the seed market in Lamia hath dried up. Thanks to Kat and Piuriu, we have honey lemon seeds, and I dug up the soil myself, so in a few days I'll have some apricot to then cross with the kukuru to hopefully get a glazenut seed. Then we plant it, harvest as many as we can, and make money. Would be nice.
5. I've got about 800 myth tomes right now. No book. Bard took up a lot of time this weekend.
6. Birthday enjoyed.

Oh cool. I'll try that. I did pitch the pants. Thanks for the info :)

Finished book 2.

Died more in Titan EX.

Capped soldiery.

Didn't touch BC

Thanks to a late Sunday push and a healer friend (Illsaide) coming with me to Cutter's Cry, I hit my goal! BLM 40. Still need to do the class quest.

I finally unlocked Battle of the Big Bridge or whatever it's called, as well.

- Soldiery Done
- Atma Book #1: Monsters done, Levequests done, 2/3 FATE done, 1/3 Dungeons done.
- Should have been more social, but barely saw anyone i know login to my FC or to my friendslist.
- Helped out melding a bunch of stuff for a fellow crafter and made a new friend.

I had some very light goals, but all in all it seems very reasonably done. Maybe next week i can set a little higher goals.

Got MNK to 37! Woo.
Only capped soldiery on Hitome.
Did some T5...picked up Hito Yu's MNK weapons actually but no BRD pants.
We did actually progress slightly further on T9 which is nice. Should be down within two weeks.
I actually completed my 2nd book!

I purchased my Weathered Laevateinn on Hitome and then used my sand to get my Laevateinn. It's...really lame, actually:

Too short for a staff, the glow is weak, etc. This gives me motivation to get the animus so I can glamour it.
