FFXIV App Issue/QuestionFollow

Hi this is my 1st time posting here and I have no idea where else I would contact for assistance, but after I install the app the parsing portion works great but under the "Update" tab it shows my plugins not installed so i install them close out the client and reopen, and when I do the plugins are uninstalled again, any reason why this is happening or how to fix it?
My color settings also do not update for the UI, it saves the option but the actual color doesn't change.
Some specs running windows 7 using AVG antivirus, downloaded using chrome but unblocked the program.
