A great resource!

You need a code to get the free PS3 > PS4 permanent transfer.

You get it from signing up for the transfer in the Mog Station. Then you input the code when updating the game from in the PS4 from the Playstation Store and you are good to go.

PS4 beta users do not have to redownload the client, just perform an update.

It seems the code given to you is just for redeeming the client(for free) on the PS Store. Had the client downloaded already from beta phase 2. Went to the transfer and then input the code and ended up with an error stating it was already claimed. Mog Station has me as PC/PS4 and can log into the client...now if only I can figure out why I can't unlock the 1000 fates trophy...I had unlocked it on PC but I've gotten other trophies to retroactively unlocked.
