This is most likely a stupid question, but I'm still fairly new to this game so bare with me. I noticed today while working on my profession classes a gold star next to the grand company provision missions. What exactly does this mean? I assume it is a seal or exp boost, but I'm not sure. Thanks, for any help!
Better-than-normal rewards, as the Help Tutorial tells you. Not sure if it is XP and Seals, or if it is just Seals, but either way, Star = Better all the way around.
And also...
Anybody know why despite the Duty Timers claiming it resets at 5AM, why is it actually 4PM EDT that the lists change?

Didn't consult a clock, but i'm pretty sure 4PM EDT is 5AM JST. At least based on that it's 11AM EDT when the servers reset at 12AM JST.

Hmm, that could be true. The in-game clock even has a "xx:xx until reset" timer and even it is way off.
Ah well. lol.
Seems kinda odd they'd do that for GC Stuff, but yet NOT do that for Leves or Roulette resets.
Yes, 5am in Japan is 4pm EDT.
The supply/provisioning list just does not repopulate itself until you log out and back into the game, I think, because I've noticed the same thing.

It does repopulate itself; I've seen it do it. Or at least it does sometimes? Intermittently? lol. I'll have to keep that in mind.
While trying to figure out exactly when it repopulates, I've logged on 2PM... checked 3PM.....nope. Check 4:15, yup. There it is.
BUT, the thing will say something like "Next Mission Allowance in 16:12" which doesn't make sense. The "Next Allowance in..." is counting the time until Our 5AM, but yet it is actually resetting at their 5AM for some odd reason.
