all I can say is, wtf was SE smoking when they made Coil and called that a Raid? Now CT is what a raid should feel/be like..... so much going on and all over the place I could barely keep up, so many mobs to fight and so many players taking on different groups in other parts of the map/arena, I havent had THAT much fun since dynamis..... if SE keeps pumping out more stuff like CT theyll be on the fast track to putting the MM back into MMORPG..... time to go run CT again....

Haha yeah! I love CT to bits for the same reason - wonderful chaos like Dynamis.

And now it's a nice fast way to pump out Myth tomes, too.

The only thing I dislike about CT are groups who don't speak up if they need help/strats on Atomos(well on other bosses as well but Atomos always seems to be an issue).... did a run the other night where we spent a good 15 minutes or so trying to clear it because Team B was half full of newbs(was confirmed when we hit last boss and 4 of them got map achievement). And only one spoke up but it felt like no one was listening to anything we were telling them. My team (A) ended up sending over a tank to deal with adds since their's couldn't deal with Diva's and would wipe the pt. Then there was KB fight..well..I wont talk about that mess -_-

I've learnt a new form of rage. CT Rage. I like the concept but I absolutely HATE the idiocy it brings out in people. Let alone the fact that the gear requirements for it are so low. It's me, I know it is but when I see yet another poorly geared player (level 27 ring, one piece of CT gear the rest 40-50) leeching their way through, dying over and over it drives me nuts. But that's me, I can't handle CT anymore lol so I'm spamming Coil and glad I have my sets mostly done.

I'm guessing you haven't been too far into coil. 'So much going on all over the place' pretty much sums up many of the turns.

Well if someone was shouting/alliance chatting as Dolf Silverbeard it mayhap..my days kinda run into each other due to my work schedule. My personal favorite of that run though was our bard DCing RIGHT when KB meteored lol poor guy didn't know what hit him til he reconnected.

Ct rage seems to have got much better. You hit it sometimes still but it has got better..

I think the biggest problem now is everyone want to hit the main mob and they forget about the rest and we wipe. The one where you protect the pots their is no reason to wipe there but we do more than ever. No pots, no invis, and no damage to the main boss.

The other is everyone rushes now and so much so they cause a wipe making it take even longer. I see so many people getting locked out who could be doing damage.. Last week a couple whm got locked out because they died.. Well that caused a whole alliance wipe.

I agree with the OP point too and I like CT.. I have ran it too many times and I am bored with it but it is my favorite thing in the game yet.... I have taken so many epic screen shots..

^ Turn 3, Turn 4, Turn 5, 6 and 7. CT's difficulty are the people you're with lol. You'll either wipe endlessly on Valefores or endlessly on Atomos or needlessly on Behemoth.

Sometimes Acheron.

CT is a strange place. I've been on more than one run where the alliance struggled on Bone Dragon and wiped once or twice on Atomos, but somehow wound up having absolutely zero problems whatsoever on Behemoth.

That is because people dont understand the atmos fight. Its similar to the first boss in Pharos sirius, the faster you dps atmos the faster it send out mobs and the tank on the adds cant keep up. You need to look at your tank that is taking the adds and the amount of dps on the pad, if they are not keeping up with the adds slow dps on atmos.

As far as bone dragon it is the samething I was talking about above the dps and tanks like to hit the main boss and leave the skeletons to run free and wipe the party. The adds are the main priority in this fight.

Same thing with Vassago & Bombs lately.. easy fight but more wipes than ever...

I've got a tie for favorite ways to wipe in CT.

In Behemoth fight, he rears up and is about to Meteor your face in, and you laugh at the silliness of it. Then you realize that there are no comets left because idiots can't be bothered to place them correctly, or even better because I'm the only DD on Iron Giant it takes far to long to kill him (Yes, those shiny bright explosions that pop comets like their little bubbles come from the giant, kill the damn thing). Some people run around like it's going to help, I try to hit Return if I think I have enough time.

My second favorite is on Archeron when it's time to hit the pads and for some reason people get lost along the way and you realize too late to do anything about it that you're about to have your face melted off.

The tank that does the giants should see the comets too and not tank on top off them.. But anyway the tanks normally takes the giant to the east and people should not place comets there to begin with...
