The Gear Calculator is already updated with Patch 2.2 weapons and equipment! Awesome.

(I have it set to Bard but you can drop down to any Job.) Seems not many pieces upgrade Accuracy so I hope the ACC caps for mobs in Coil Turns 6-9 are not too much higher than they are currently!
So the next step is figuring out where the Unidentified Allagan Tomestone drops from to upgrade weapons.
I don't see any process for upgrading from "Weathered Gear" - i100 to the not-weathered version - i110. It's quite possible the items required drop from Coil 9. Rumor has it Blue Gtr is already working on Turn 9. They may soon confirm that it is not possible to upgrade past Weathered until the next patch.
Please post if you find more information on the "Weathered" upgrade process!

Gonna have to find those sands of time as well (or whatever its called). No one has yet figured out how to obtain the weathered items. And coincidentally the only unexplored areas are really coil, some of the master crafts, and post - anma relic building so... maybe its a crafted piece, something that drops in coil, or a 2.3 thing...

That other thing I've been looking all over for is Blue Grtr was making a list of confirmed FATES dropping Atmas. The only thing I can find is many people saying that it's only the BOSS fates that drop them. Sounds to be true so far.
On topic, looks like getting the Second Coil drops first, to see what Soldiery purchases you should make, is the fastest way to advance ilvl right now. Gotta get in those new Coils!

Thayos said that he had report on the official boards of a regular FATE dropping one. Only time I found one was on a boss fate (the level 10 toad at the bottom of the cliff in west thanalan). Happened first try.

I have three so far, one of which I got from a regular fate. It was the fly one in Little Solace, with the flies that fly in and try to take over. I don't remember the name.
