I would like to setup a keybind to a specific macro, but it seems all the keybinds are for predefined functions. Is there a way to do this?

I'm trying to setup Cast and Hook to keyboard buttons so I can just one-two punch the little fishes, see.

Put the Cast and Hook icon on your hotbar, then keybind that hotbar slot to the button you want.

I just have a macro set to my F1 key for fishing, I hit the same button over and over:
Quote:
/micon Cast
/ac Hook <me>
/ac Mooch <me>
/ac Cast <me>

It requires a spot on a hotbar as far as I know, and that key will be bound to that hotbar spot for all jobs. You could always put it on a hidden hotbar, and assign the keystroke to that spot.

I'm not sure I can do a hotbar keybind since I'm on PS3. I don't see the option at least.

But the macro there is perfect. I had been trying to set one up with a Cast, /wait 15, Hook, but it wasn't consistently working. Nice trick there to have the Hook at the front of the chain so you can still one click it!

Yeah I LOVE stacking stuff like this on my MNK. The PS3 hotbar is awesome, but limited space makes macros yummy.
