There is an NPC called a Levemete at all of the camps(the places with aetherites). Each one will give you a trial guildleve and once you complete that it unlocks the rest of them, but only for that camp. If you want to do guildleves in another area, you have to complete the trial there first.

At level 20 you are able to unlock the guildleves at Quarrymill and Hawthorne Hut. You get more options for camps every 5 levels so once you hit 25 you can move on to another camp.

Its personal preference and all, but yes we need to educate WoW players that this is OUR game, these are Characters and not Toons. Time to beat that into them one at a time.

Just a quick correction here... level 15 is Hawthorne Hut. 20 & 25 are Quarrymill. These are only for the Shroud zones though. If you just pop around to the different nations, they each have similar levemetes, up through level 30 in each of their different camps. Just port in, and run to the leve mete. You can generally tell by what level mobs are outside the camp.

Then, at 35, it's the observatorium in the south part of Coerthas, 40 is Whitebrim, which is in western Coerthas, and 45 is St. Coinach's Find, which is eastern Mor Dhona. None of these leve metes are next to the aetheryte, so just check your map.
