Been seeing quite a few houses pop up in Limsa recently. A few are sprinkled throughout Gridania/Ul'dah as well. Nice to have neighbors and am glad the small houses are receiving a basement. Housing could really go places if it is done correctly.

My free company just got our house on the same lot in Ward 2 on Excalibur. We're actually the first and only house in that Ward.

The house is definitely looking awesome. It's definitely the first thing we've done in XIV that reminded me of the feeling I got in XI doing LS events. This took a lot of efforts big and small from the entire FC, and it took some time, and it took some planning... at the end of the day we have the house we want, on the plot we wanted, and our fantastic interior designer and crafters are loading it up with tasteful and well organized furnishings.
It's really nice to be able to log in and out there and see FC folks around, it makes the world a little bit smaller in a very good way.

Our freshly merged FCs are just now discussing plans. We actually have enough cash to purchase a small house on Lamia now but we are gonna save up for a medium and wait for more of a price drop.

It's funny that on my server, the Ul'dah housing area is the least popular. There were only 3 houses in the first ward, with all the other wards being completely empty.
