- Departed Ultros server to join my old FFXI (and rl friends) on Lamia. Many will be missed. Thanks Chewe, Duma, Don (Frozensherbet), Rhaya, Ghost Orchid (Grandmomma) for all the good times! Wish you all the best.
- Met a couple of good folks on Lamia already. Will be starting up my own FC soon with my FFXI peoples. Lamia on the whole compared to Ultros is a laggy underpopulated server. Sort of like SE didnt devote the bandwidth to the server because it didnt have enough people. I have way more lag issues in general than I did on Ultros.
- But the economy on Lamia is booming! What costs 5 gil on Ultros costs 70 here! It feels like Ultros pre 2.1. Good for me that I stocked up on a ton of stuff before I left. Made a chunk o change. Its like moving from California to anywhere else. Your money is simply worth more. Got me interested in crafting again.
With that, here are the accomplishments:
- Progressing on summoner relic (just passed ak)
- Have taken to making a second hq copy of all the gear I make to put up for sale since it is basically 6k profit on everything I make for archer.
- Got archer from level 23 to 32 and unlocked bard. After all this time, I almost have quelling strikes for my blm. I like archer, its like blm, with mobility. I only considered it because soon we will have vanity slots and my BiS at lvl 50 wont make me look like Ru Paul. 
- Took alchemist from 15 - 32 in about 3 hours. HQ hi-potion leve turn ins in quarrymill. Good stuff.
- Bought darklight healer's robe for scholar. Now he looks less stupid, but more cookie cutter.
- Considering leveling warrior after noticing that the low level dungeons severely need decent tanks in DF.

LNC to 16
PGL/MNK to 30 (have 3 or 4 DL pieces for it already.)
MRD to 8
Cleared Turns 1-3 with FC, got WHM earrings on Turn 1.
Ran CT and got healer gloves.
i80 overall :)

Not much. Miner from 41 to 45. Did my Min 45 quest. All I'm working at the moment.
Well, I didn't get to play a whole lot this weekend because I was moving. When I did log in, I decided to roll a new character and make it my main. Hence, Eartha Kitty, miqo'te archer was born. I actually made 2 of them, one on my original server and 1 on Ultros to play with you ZAMites. The Ultros Eartha is level 8 or so, while the Midgard Eartha is already approaching 15 I believe.
I wish we could name all of our mounts, because I want to name Eartha's mount Batmobile, but that just makes more sense for the magitek suit then the chocobo. If we could name the magitek suit, chocobo would be named Chanteuse.

I wasn't on much this weekend but there were a couple things to note.
The most exciting thing was my FC purchased its large plot of land and built a house. We are working on decorating it now. If you are on Excalibur check it out. Goblet plot 5, Smokin' Aces is the FC.

Finished leveling Fisher and crafted the outfit and dyed it Royal Blue to match all my other sets. With that done I can scratch all three DoL jobs off the list. Fishing was by far the fastest of the three to level. It really took a lot less time than I expected.
- Got WAR from 40 --> 50.
- Got Bravura and ilvl 77 once I hit 50.
- Facerolled to Titan EX for an hour or so due to Aussie WHM's lag issues.

After getting LNC to 34 for Blood for Blood I just kept on leveling it. Dragoon is pretty dang fun! It's heading to 50 for sure now.
(It did finally sink in after unlocking DRG that there would be no dragon pet. /somewhat sad)
I ran into one Keyser Soze in the DF this weekend. How about that? Thanks for the heals Wint!

Unlocked Crystal Tower. Successfully ran Aurum Vale for the first time. Hit 450K gil, dropped back down to 393K gil, and am back up to 440K gil already.

Garuda EX finally met her maker thanks to an awesome Paladin I met while forming a party via Party Finder. I manage to make a party, but like every other Garuda EX party before that, we wiped repeatedly. After people left, the Paladin told me to wait, got some FC friends of his to join, and we ended up kicking her *** :P Shows just how important a well coordinated team really is.

*HQ'd my own Astrolabe (after missing out on the first attempt) and penta-melded it for BLM.
*Got Botanist to 50 and got right to harvesting Honey Lemons, Black Truffles, Dzemael Tomatoes, and Prickly Pineapples.
*Helped a LS mate complete the Sphairai relic quest series, becoming curious about fighting Titan HM with no tank in the process.
*Crafted several HQ 2-star foods with far less trouble than before (Innovation is a welcome addition to my CUL *********

Started a new Character on Ultros, Kosh Zathik. Leveled Gladiator to 15, Pugilist to 11, Miner and GoldSmithing to 5.

I took white mage from 44 to 46 and cleared Garuda twice. The first time was an all DF group that wiped a few times while we learned the ins and out of the fight but we managed to take her out. The second time I ran it with two friends of mine. One is a dragoon, the other a black mage and we queued up the duty finder for a tank. Unfortunately on our first attempt we got trolled by that tank. I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt after our first wipe but in the second he decided to pull Garuda towards us casters and then start tanking right in the middle of the stone pillars. I stopped wasting my time healing him and we voted to abandon the instance. We requeued a little later and one shotted the instance with the next tank who was awesome. I just wish they'd let us give commendations when you queue with a partial premade for duty finder. I'm fine with restrictions on not being able to vote for the people you queue with but I'd like to at least like to be able to give a vote to the random person DF matches us up with who does a great job.
Hmm got Hito Yu's MNK to 49. One more level and then the real grind begins.

Didn't spend as much time as expected...but:
Purchased first piece of Relic for WAR - Now I can see my face again since I'm out of DL body/head piece!
Ran CT for the first time without causing any issues
Helped FC folks through Garuda and a different set through WP for the first time
Oh and if you into Monday, I successfully had my router slowly degrade connection speed during CT that I became an instant enemy to 22 people. While people were waiting for me at King Behemoth, I was starting at 25% health left of the bosses before still trying to fight >.<

Ran Labyrinth of the Ancients for the first time, and I feel like a bit of an idiot. I think I was the only person in our entire alliance who KO'd more than twice. I'll probably attempt to do it again this week, in the hopes that I can perform a bit better.
On the bright side, I got the Onion Gauntlets for my DRG, and enough Philosophy stones to pick up an accessory that was a sorely needed upgrade.

Cleared Ultima for the first time with my WAR. Tank choker dropped. I lotted a 1. ;_;
Did eleventy billion CT runs and never saw a Royal Robe (8 runs Sunday night alone). Got so mad I rage-greeded a Crimson Vest and actually won it. Too bad my BLM is still 36 and my SMN is already in Myth. :P
Helped an FC that was training new guys in Coil T1 (didn't know at the time). We wiped to Cad 35 or 40 times before finally eeking him out. Heavy Allag Armor dropped and they all insisted I take it. That was the weekend highlight for sure.
