This is basically the transcript from the Live letter earlier. Now it isn't exactly perfect since it was translated in real time, so as better versions come out I will fix this post. I will also add the link to the original GDOC.

f; before we start, we received some questions up to 2.15 so lets go over that
f; even after the roll bonus, we’re still lacking on tanks, do you have any plans to address this?
y; we have been checking the data and there are lots of tanks that are leveling right now
y; there are lots of tanks around lv40
y; but people need to know there there are people who will play tanks as main, or they just got it up to 50 after looking at Crystal Tower and thinking it may be easy to play.
y; There will be people that will enjoy playing tanks, so we’ll observe how that will turn out
y; if after that we’re still short then we’ll do something such as mounts to get players to play tanks.
y; for pvp we put in the fix, also we are planning to add ratings so we’ll update those in stages
y; we’re also going to make adjustmetns on dungeons that are bit hard right now and the rewards not meeting the difficulty

y; at first I want FC’s to purchase the house and play around with it a bit first
y; in patch 2.2 item level will increase, there will be lots of new items introduced
y; there will also be craftable gears, and with materia it’ll be easier to obtain than other gears so if you want to go about quickly that will be the first
y; during that patch players will start getting geared up from new contents and craftable gears will come down, then with future patch this will repeat
y; also the vanity will come through crafting
f; what kind of battle gimmicks are you planning
y; lots of people are wondering about how to recover when you fall off Titan and stuff
y; if you remember the pattern you can dodge them, and for that reason we haven’t put in any random feature in there
y; also for the 4th turn in Bahamut’s Coil, people will learn what the gimmicks are and how the waves come in
f; Will the housing price be lowered?
y; By end of February lots of people should be able to buy a house
y; we’re observing how the situation will be, so please look into it
y; for the S size housing, I’ve said in the past where you can build airship in the basement
y; and people were wondering how will you do that with the S size
y; you’ll be able to do it, the underground basement can’t be seen from outside, it can be added so please don’t worry about that
y; Also lots of FC may be thinking that S size is small, but we are planning to expand this in 2.2

y; it’s hard to compare, some asked how hard is it compared to Twintania
y; the time you get to this dungeon the gear level will be different, so just think of this as something that is new.

y; we don’t have a stage like the turn 3 this time, so just think of full on 4 turns this time
y; it’s not going to open up 6th, 7th turn
y; for those that cleared the 5th turn knows the event, so this is a new entrance for this new bahamut’s coil
f; do you have to have turn 1-5 cleared to enter this new one?
y; yes, you will need to clear turn 5 to enter, however with the patch release the gear level will increase making it easier to clear.
y; also we have a new system where players can clear easier so with that please defeat Twintania and try this new dungeon

y; we are planning to remove the 1 week restriction on turn 1-5
